way, off either side of which are the two main living rooms

is a wood framed double glazed door leading into the lounge area of the spacious kitchen dining room

The kitchen-dining area leads out to the garden through
the glazed doors at the side of the house. This aspect of the house faces due west in full view of wonderful sun sets.

This is the master bedroom with en suite washbasin,
shower and toilet facilities. It is spacious, light and cool in the summer

Leading off the main bedroom is the ensuite shower
room and a fourth bedroom, which is spacious enough either for a single bed for a small child or cot for a baby, and this
can be organised on request.

This one has two single beds, one of which has a pull out extra single bed.

Downstairs the main lounge provides a cool retreat
from the sun, and comfortable seating. The sofa converts to a double bed for extra visitors.
