These prices do not include the use of linen but this may
be arranged as required for a charge of £10 per person. The house must be left in a clean and tidy state ready for the
next visitors. Checking out times are by 11.00 hours, usually on a Saturday and checking in time is after 15.00 hours,
unless any other prior arrangement is made such as a mid week arrival and departure.
An additional returnable deposit of £150 should be paid to
cover damages and additional cleaning (if required) and must be sent by post with the final payment. It will
be returned in full, provided no deductions need to be taken, within 15 days of the completion of the visit.
Please indicate in your booking letter all contact details, number of adults and children
staying and note that this house is only let to persons aged 18 years or over, unless accompanied by an adult.
